Tyre Moulds

Tyre Moulds are highly demanded in the vehicle industry, to cope up with the everyday increasing requirement of the tyres. These moulds create long lasting, strong and reliable tyres which are flawless. The moulds consist of various tread segments that create a full circular mould. These are closed on the side by a side ring, and the tread segments and the ring are held by a container. The moulds also include vent structures to release air. Tyre Moulds do not leak or lose their shape when molten raw material is poured into them. Use of these molds help in the reduction of scrap, an increase in the production and saving of time.
